Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness and respect for both my time and my clients, the following policies apply:
• Late Arrivals: A $20 late fee will be applied to appointments where the client arrives 15 minutes or more past their scheduled time if I have approved the late arrival. If I do not have enough time to complete the service due to lateness, the appointment will be canceled and will fall under the same-day cancellation policy (50% of the service total).
• Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the same day as your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.
• No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service and must pay a new deposit before rebooking.
• Early Morning Appointments: A $25 fee will be added to appointments scheduled at 4:00 AM to 6:30 AM.
• After Hours Appointments: A $25 fee will be applied to appointments scheduled at 7:00 PM or later.
